I am a Rotterdam-based maritime professional working in vessel management, operations, technical projects and consultancy.
Background
From Rotterdam to maritime projects worldwide.
Born and raised in Rotterdam, I grew up around boats. I went on to become a maritime officer and engineer.
My work has included vessel management, consultancy, superintendent work, purchase inspections, repairs, reactivations, reflagging, dry-dock preparation and project execution.
The same practical experience led me to build MIP to keep a better financial overview during vessel management and maritime projects.
How I work
Practical and involved.
I prefer to stay close to the work, understand what is actually happening and deal with problems before they become bigger.
That can mean working from the office, on board or in the yard, depending on what the vessel or project needs.
